COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE

Kindly refer to the following criteria when nominating;

1. Mixture of male and female

2. Not in the same department

3. One of the three Committee members can easily connect with our Manila or Clark Employee

4. Members are objective, rational, and can assess situation that can benefit both management and employees.

5. Can voice out employee concern and reach out to management to address concerns.

6. Willing to take action to resolve issues and conflicts.
7. Can be middleman between the management and employees.
