Attend and complete all assigned training and related activities on time including assessment, lab practise, etc
Provide feedback to solution team on GDS inputs within 3 days after receiving request
Submit timesheets monthly and no later than the 10th day of the following month
Provide support to the team on technical questions on complex issues within a day
