All services are signed off by the customer at the end of each service month and invoiced within the planned invoice date at the start of the month
All services are executed on an approved sales order
Notify Sales two (2) months prior to service expiry
Accounts are executed within solution cost
Meet 100% of accounts planned revenue on time
Exceed planned margin by 5%
100% documentation, including processes and reports, are updated into sharepoint
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with the customer with reports and minutes sent no later than 2 days after the meeting
Ensure the team 100% compliance to MTS and client side processes
Develop training plan and ensure on-time execution based on customer needs
