Ensure 100% compliance to Health Declaration daily in Galaxy
Create and update all project records to Odoo Galaxy and project tracker within 2 days of the event
Respond to all project handover request within 1 business day with records created in Odoo Galaxy
Ensure project managers are compliant with the PMO processes, including ensuring project sign off documents are in place at closing
Be 100% contactable during assigned work hours
Complete all reports with 100% accuracy on time
Submit timesheets monthly and no later than the 10th day of the following month
100% compliance to MTS and client side processes
