Purpose of the Role:
To support employee relationship in North Asia and Inida
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain administrative and HR systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
2. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Maintain and update employee handbook, contract/offer letter template
3. Handle local and regional employee relations including promotion, transfer, demotion, resignation, retirement, counselling, staff grievances and discipline.
4. Handle new joiner orientation and training arrangement.
Requirement:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good human relations ability, be professional in handling interpersonal relationship, and doing ideological work; highly motivated; strong sense of responsibility.
2. Must aspire to a culture of service excellence, always putting the customer, our people and our business at the center of everything they do.
3. Quick response, responsible, high-efficiency and active.
4. Must be able to work proactively and under pressure.
5. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management will be an advantage
6. Minimum 2 years of experience
7. IT industry preferred.
8. Well-verse in China labor contract and labor law.
9. Knowledge and experience in other region’s labor law will be advantage
10. IT industry preferred.
